The diversity in the nature and scope of training for various industries has also been seen and accordingly TFSC designs specific customized training programmes tailored to the exclusive requirements of individual industries.

Some of the topics are: Quality, Kaizen and house–keeping, productivity improvement, personality development, waste minimization, shop floor management etc. 

Before organizing these programmes, detailed interactions with these industries are held, to understand their requirements thoroughly, so that the programmes can be tailor made for them.  Inhouse programmes have been conducted for more than 40 small industries so far and more and more such requests are being taken up.
